Product Page Redirections

Sometimes you may want to stop customers from visiting certain product pages or adding those products to their cart. This is especially useful for items like:

• Freebies or gifts
• Deposits
• Insurance or service add-ons

With the Unlimited plan (and above), you can use our Product Page Redirection feature to automatically send customers from selected product pages to another page of your choice.

How to Set Up a Product Page Redirection

1. Open the Settings page in the EG app.

2. Scroll down to Product page redirections.

3. Turn on Enable redirection.

4. Choose where customers should be redirected:

- By default, they’ll go to your store’s homepage (/).

- If you want, enter a different page URL (for example: /collections/all).

5. Click Choose products and select the products you want to redirect away from.

6. Click Save.

7. Test it out by visiting one of the selected product pages — you should be redirected to your chosen page.

Use redirections to:

• Keep your store cleaner
• Guide customers to bundles or collections
• Prevent customers from buying add-ons by themselves
