Packing errors annoy customers and cost businesses time and money to resolve. Using EasyScan, you can scan products as you pack them to avoid errors. Clearly audible sounds help you spot issues before you seal the box.
In this guide, we’ll walk through how to use our order fulfillment workflow.
From the menu in the top right, select the location from which you would like to fulfil the orders. To view all orders then select "All Locations".
Once the data has been updated, select the order you want to fulfill.
Once the order is selected, you can start scanning the items in the list. You will see them turn green when you have scanned them, and you’ll hear an error sound if you scan a product that should not be in the order.
Once you have scanned all the items in your order, click the “Open Order & Complete Fulfillment” button on the bottom of the screen. This will open the fulfill order page in Shopify, and you can print off any mailing labels and mark the order as fulfilled.
