Stock transfers with EasyScan

Making a stock transfer with EasyScan makes sure you are accurate when selecting your products.

How to make a stock transfer

Please note that a Stock transfer within EasyScan is different from a Shopify Stock transfer. We immediately move your inventory from one location to another through an inventory update.

Head to the Stock Transfer page and you will be prompted with a message to select the Origin and Destination locations.

Use the drop downs to change the selected locations, or use the swap button to swap the location round.

For our stock transfer to work both products must be stocked at both locations on Shopify. This is to stop any products from accidentally being transferred.

You can set the number of products to move per scan at the top of the page.

Scan a barcode to add the product to the stock transfer.

You can adjust the number of products to move by adjusting the quantity value.

Click "Save transfer" to complete the transfer.

You have the option to create a Report of the transfer that can be exported in either PDF or CSV. Please adjust this on the settings page.
